How do I report an Internet business?

my calls and emails about my item not being delivered yet. What do I do at this point? Bbb didn’t look like they help with Internet sites.

I just saw this and what the hey. Usually, a good website has someone else to handle
their financial transactions. A company of another name, you will find it sooner or
later if you keep browsing the site you bought something from.
